We currently do not allow online orders shipping to Brazil due to how the Brazilian government handles taxes and duties on imports. The majority of our previous Brazilian customers were unwilling to pay the taxes and duties in customs because the taxes were often more than the cost of their original order. Furthermore, with the package returned, Brazil would not refund the taxes and duties charges even though the packages were not imported. This resulted in bad experiences for both us and for customers and we have decided to stop shipping to Brazil for now.
You may still be able to order from Chess House and receive your package in Brazil by using a Freight Forwarder. With this method you will provide a shipping address for a shipping agent in the U.S. We will ship your package there and the agent will arrange with you the delivery to Brazil.
