Reporting Damages, Defects or Missing Items
If the unexpected happens, we put high priority on resolving promptly and thoroughly. When you report it, include a photo if possible. Please save packing material for insurance purposes until you receive a resolution.

Missing Package Upon Delivery
What if your package is reported as delivered but you haven't located it? We can help investigate and resolve this in most cases. First, please check with friends, neighbors, or unusual places the package might have been left. Sometimes the delivery person will place your package in a more "safe" location. Very often someone else has moved it after delivery. (Check with the baby sitter). If you still can't locate the package, please contact us! We'll help investigate and find it.
