Standard Return
Contact Us via the links provide on this site to indicate your desire to return the product along with the reason (or call 1-360-354-6815). We'll provide you with a few options and basic guidelines. If you have a defective or damaged product issue, please provide photos (if possible) before return. In some cases we can provide a replacement component to restore a set or work with you to resolve an issue without a return required.
- Package carefully to prevent damage. Unless damaged or a partial return, we always prefer that you use the original shipping box and package in the same same manner as received.
- Include your receipt or any special instructions.
- Use either a return label we provide or your own shipping method.

For USA Customers, we can provide a prepaid return label by email which you can attach to the box and give to any FEDEX driver or FEDEX drop-off location. The return costs are typically deducted from your refund and often cheaper than over the counter rates from UPS, FEDEX or USPS.
Exchange
When exchanging products, contact us and we'll recommend the best way of handling based on the product and your situation. If you know which product you want to order in replacement, you can also place the new order along with a note about the order number and items you need to return in exchange.
