Do You Accept Purchase Orders?

Schools and other established U.S. based organizations may utilize Purchase Orders for the purchasing process.

Get started:

  1. Create an account if you don't already have one.
  2. Reach out to us via email or chat to request approval.

Placing your order:

  1. Once approved, login with your account and use the online store to create a quote on our site or place an order.  For drafting a quote, select "Choose payment method later". Your email confirmation should include a link to download a PDF draft.
  2. Fill out organization Purchase Order with details from Chess House the quote you receive.
  3. Ensure your PO is on your organizations letterhead and is signed by an authorized representative.
  4. Send your PO by email to orders@chesshouse.com or by fax to 360-354-6765.

We will match it up with the quote and, once approved, your order will ship on 'Due on Receipt' terms.
Approval generally takes 1-2 business days. Default terms are "Due on Receipt" unless extended terms are approved.  Your billing department will receive an email and/or mailed invoice when the order ships.
